Growing up my dad often woke us to the songs of a rising sun and the smells of an awakened kitchen…Awaiting us would be a ‘breakfast of champions’ as he so often liked to call them, the kind that make you ‘grow hair on your chest’ or that ‘stick to your ribs’… I have carried on this traditional way to get my day started, and never fail to value the importance of a morning meal. Here are some delicious ways to wake up your appetite and start your day with a smile…

A hot off the skillet egg over easy, served on top a toasted slice of homemade bread with salt & pepper.

Greek Yogurt, topped with granola, and fresh figs. Served with a Silver Spoon.

Fresh toast, spread with peanut butter, and topped with sliced bananas, walnuts, ground flaxseed and a drizzle of honey.
