I woke up from a nap today and decided it was time to embrace the seasonal specialties of October… I spotted the deep orange pumpkin on our kitchen counter and simply couldn’t resist trying out a bold & flavorful soup that only this type of gourd can deliver…After several minutes of peeling, cubing, scooping, and de-seeding, my harvest soup was well underway…A boil, a blend, and a sprinkle of seasoning, et voila!

To top it all off, some roasted seeds for garnish, and of course, a fresh slice of bakery bread and your season is greeted with a smile…Bon Appetite!
